Tender Detail:

Bidding documents: The interested Bidders may purchase the Bidding documents from the office of Joint General Manager (Finance), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, 1st  Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, Africa Avenue, New Delhi-110066 India, Tel +91-11-26738206, Fax +91-11-26182957, during office hours from 16.12.2016 on payment of non-refundable cost by a crossed demand draft of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) on any schedule bank in India payable at Delhi drawn in favour of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, New Delhi. 

1.Documents on the web Site: The documents can also be downloaded from RVNL’s web site http://www.rvnl.org from 16.12.2016 and the Bid can be submitted on the downloaded document along with a separate demand draft towards the cost of bidding document at the time of tendering in a separate envelope marked “Cost of Bidding documents” failing which the offer will be summarily rejected.

It will be responsibility of the bidder who is submitting the bid on downloaded document to check and see any addendum/corrigendum issued in this regard from the website from time to time and ensure submission of the bid along with all addendum/corrigendum.

2.The Bidders may within 10 (ten) days of date of publication of the Tender Notice in the newspapers seek clarifications on any issue or any matter relating to the Bid Documents.  If the request for clarification is not received within 10 days, RVNL may not respond.. 

3.Date of Receipt and opening of Bids: The completed Bids must be delivered to the address below not later than 11:00 hrs on  17.01.2017 and the same shall be opened at 11:30 hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to be present. The RVNL will not be responsible for any delays in receiving the bidding documents by the bidder or receipt of Bids by RVNL. If the office will be closed on the stipulated date and time due to some unforeseen holiday, the tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time.
