The RVNL reserves the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities where the use of the e-tendering system raises a suspicion that an offence is being, or has been, committed.
In the event of an investigation, the RVNL will provide access to data to any concerned law enforcement agency to inspect our logs.
Due to the developing nature of Privacy Principles for on-line communication, this policy may be modified or expanded in light of new developments or issues that may arise from time to time.
Though the attempt would be made for handling the information provided by the customer within the terms of the website's then current Privacy Principles, the RVNL would not be responsible or shall not be made liable to establish that it has not made the information available for other purposes.
