Shukla takes over as Managing Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited Mr. Jagdish Prasad Shukla has joined as the first Managing Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited on 2nd November 2004. Mr. Shukla a B.E. (Civil) from University of Roorkee has immense experience in Project Management on the Railways. He has held prestigious positions which include Principal Chief Engineer (Northern Railway). He has held a foreign assignment through M/s RITES Ltd. for about 4 years (1982-1985) wherein he has handled international projects.
